The Email Automation feature

Thanks to Polaria, you can send specific emails to certain groups of contacts based on conditions. You can access this feature from your Auto-Messages menu on the left-hand side of your Polaria account.

First off, you can design your email. You can add GIFs, links, videos, custom attributes such as first or last names, etc. Once you’re happy with the design of your email, you can then choose which conditions will apply. Your conditions will trigger the sending of this email.

You can use this Email Automation feature to send out Welcome emails for instance, for every new customer to your product/service.
