When you customize your Polaria Chatbox, from the Customize page (left-hand side menu), the look you choose will be reflected on your Polaria Knowledge Base.

This means, the colour, the background and the favicon will all come from your Customization settings and will be automatically applied to your Knowledge Base, giving your Chatbox and Knowledge Base a harmonious look and feel. relieved
