Log into your Polaria account and access the Marketplace section.
Click on the External Calendars tab.
Select the Microsoft Calendar.
Configure the app:
Choose your primary Microsoft Calendar where meetings will be added and enter your password.
You have successfully connected Polaria and your Microsoft Calendar! 🚀✅
❗️Once you have set your main calendar, you can also indicate other calendars that will need to be checked to prevent a new event from being added on top of one of the existing events.
Before scheduling an appointment on your main calendar, Polaria will check your availability.
On your Microsoft Calendar, you can choose to designate events as available or busy. Busy events are taken into account, therefore new appointments will be scheduled only on the available slots. Please note the "reminder notes" are considered as available.
The agenda is not retroactive. It only takes into account the next appointments.
The synchronization of events is done automatically.
Is Microsoft Calendar a collaborative agenda ? ➡️ NO. Every user who logs in has their own agenda, there is no agenda specific to a work team or a company.
