In a Polaria account, a Polaria Owner/Admin can create their Team and invite their team members.
Once some or all team members are invited, they can also access Polaria with their own log-in.
They can then answer contacts, access different features, etc. depending on the permissions and the views they have in the Polaria account.
Single-account Organization:
The Single-account Organization will manage one account: its own.
Team: A team is made up, most commonly, of colleagues. They can be invited to join when the Single-account Organization signs up for Polaria, or from the Team Members page afterwards. Once invited, team members can join your Polaria team. Essentially, the team is made up of the people who have access to the Polaria account.
Brand: A brand is essentially a variant of the Polaria feature set, with a different visual identity (ie. colours, texts, logo, etc.). For instance, you can generate two different Polaria chatboxes or two different Polaria help centers through two different brands. You can use the current Polaria brand system if you have one single organization with multiple websites or different sections in your main site. You cannot use the current Polaria brand system if you have or manage totally different organizations or totally different teams. In other words, currently the team behind these “brands” has to be a single team (the Polaria account team).
