Which devices can my contacts use to chat with me?

Any device can be used for your contacts to chat with your team members via Polaria. There is no limitation on devices nor for the OS and browsers. Polaria is fully compatible with all devices, including all mobile and non-mobile operating systems, as well as all mobile and non-mobile web browsers.

How do I know which devices my contacts are using?

Polaria has the ability to identify generic information on your contacts, including location, languages, browser, platform, etc.

Polaria automatically displays this information on the right-hand side of your conversation. You can access it throughout the whole chat. Thanks to this generic information populated by Polaria, from the OS field, you can easily identify which device your visitor is using to chat with you.
