To review all conversation history from your Polaria account, all you have to do is:
Sign in to https://app.polaria.ai
Go to the Conversations page
Here you can see a few filters: Open, Closed, To be assigned, Assigned to me, etc. You can choose between these filters depending on what you are looking for.
The conversations are displayed from newest to oldest.
When you click on a specific conversation, on the right-hand side you will be able to see your contact's information. On the left-hand side, you will be able to scroll up through the conversation history.
All the keys so that you can interact serenely with your customers and prospects.
